Dinner in the Sky® Split took place from August 16 – August 24, 2014

In close co-operation with the Tourist Board of Split and Split city administration, Dinner in the Sky® Split opened its doors in August, 2014 just for 9 days, from August 16 – August 24, to present a unique Dinner in the Sky® experience to visitors and inhabitants of Split.

In those days Dinner in the Sky® offered experience along with a unique culinary pleasure in the center of Split. The table with 22 guests was suspended at a height of 50 meters by a team of professionals, to enjoy their life’s most unique and special dinner – together with their friends. The event hosted top chefs in Croatia and Dalmatia region. During the dinners, in the evening session, the chef personally joined the quests at the height of 50 meters to serve and talked about his food and menu. This exclusive atmosphere with extraordinary food and face-to-face contact with exceptional chef created everlasting impression to everybody.

Radgonske Gorice

Radgona Gold is the oldest Slovenian sparkling wine, which is in Radgonske gorice produced since 160 years by so called traditional or classical method with fermentation in glass bottles. After the first fermentation the wine is bottled and the yeast is added, which induces the secondary fermentation – the reason why all those indispensible bubbles appear. Radgona Gold stays on the yeast for at least 24 months. There are some special instances of Radgona Gold where the wine stayed on the yeast for even more than 10 years. At the same time Radgona Gold can be labeled as blanc de blancs, which means that it is produced from pure chardonnay. All Radgona Gold are vintage wine, you can choose between brut, sec, demi-sec or even rosé (dry, produced from Pinot Noir) Radgona Gold.

Arrive to the venue at least 30 minutes before your reservation time. You can also spend time in the special Dinner in the Sky® VIP lounge and enjoy the atmosphere. If you arrive late your reservation will be canceled.
Don’t forget to take your Booking confirmation with you.
Dress according to the weather but remember that at 50m height wind can be a bit stronger than on the ground and the temperature can be a little lower.
For safety reasons you must be at least 150 cm tall to enjoy Dinner in the Sky®.
Dinner in the Sky® crew are able to assist handicapped people to participate in the event safely.
Please mark any special diets or allergies in the additional info field, when booking tickets.
People under the age of 18 can participate in the event only accompanied by an adult.
